Hello FATZ readers, and welcome to another special edition of FATZ. Continuing with the spirit of last week, I would like to bring you the top six favorite games of all time. These are games that hold a special place in my heart and I would like to share the list with you.

#6:Rogue Galaxy (PS2) (RPG), two words sum up this game, space pirates. This game hosts a huge cast of characters,  deep combat, and a huge arsenal of detailed weapons. It’s just a game I enjoyed playing because it was simply just fun.

#5: Pokemon Red/Blue (Gameboy) (RPG), the originals that set off the world wide sensation almost as big as Beatlemania. However while most people left Pokemon in their childhood, I still enjoy playing it, it’s fun, simple, and innocent, not many things in life are.

#4: Borderlands (PS3, Xbox 360, PC) (FPS/RPG), this game is notorious for it’s art style and massive arsenal of guns as well fun multiplayer. However for me why it will always be special is the tongue in cheek humor, over the top characters, and the good times spent with friends.

#3: Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind (Xbox,Pc) (RPG), this game was coined the offline MMO. It was so vast and deep that it seemed almost daunting to most. However I dove and enjoyed every second, with over 400 hours logged in this game, there is never something to not do.

#2: Demon’s Souls (PS3) (RPG), this game came out of nowhere last year and quickly received critical success, including winning Gamespot.com’s Game of the Year award. This is a surprisingly deep game, that I just find enjoyable. The world is detailed and haunting, and the online component new and inventive. There is an unrelenting difficulty that makes the taste of victory very sweet.

#1: Final Fantasy VII (PS1) (RPG), outside of the gaming community this game rarely needs introduction, although it was released in 1997 this game was withstood the test of time and still reigns supreme in both my heart and millions more. There are too many reasons to list why this game is number one.

Well there you have folks, the FATZ top six. Tune in next week for a very special version of FATZ so until then happy gaming readers!!

This week I’m playing: Borderlands (Xbox 360) and Pokemon: Diamond (Nintendo DS).
